RF Test Engineer Job Description We are seeking a skilled RF Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for executing test plans, procedures, and reports from the prototype phase through to flight hardware. This role involves performing functional, RF, and environmental testing of hardware, including shock, vibration, and thermal testing. Responsibilities + Execute test plans, procedures, and reports from inception (prototype) to flight hardware. + Perform functional testing, RF tests, and environmental testing of hardware, including shock, vibration, and thermal testing. + Install and troubleshoot RF boxes. Essential Skills + Proficiency in RF testing and the use of testing equipment. + Experience with Ansys and antenna design. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working on antennas. Work Environment You will work in a lab/manufacturing environment at our RF Center of Excellence located in Longmont, CO. The facility is equipped with advanced technologies, including an anechoic chamber. Our team is known for its warm camaraderie and dedication to excellence while maintaining a fun and inclusive atmosphere. We have a 'fun committee' that regularly organizes activities to foster team bonding beyond work hours. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $59.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
