Exciting New Opportunity! We are currently hiring a full-time RN MDS Nurse (Hourly) to join our team. This position requires every other weekend and some evenings. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the MDS process with precision, ensuring timely and accurate resident assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Actively participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with evolving MDS regulations while providing clear communication with residents, families, and team members.

What You Bring:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• RAC-CT certification required.
• Expertise in MDS 3.0, RAI processes, and individualized care planning.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to quality care.
