1) Overview:SAP Supply Chain Project Manager

The client is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Project Manager to drive planning and execution of high-impact projects across its manufacturing and logistics systems landscape. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering complex SAP S/4HANA projects, especially across EWM, MM, PP, and SD , in a fast-paced discrete manufacturing or automotive setting. This is a highly cross-functional role involving deep interaction with business stakeholders in Supply Chain, Plant Operations, Warehousing, and IT.

You will be expected to take complete ownership of project delivery — from requirements gathering through go-live — while engaging with Engineering, Manufacturing Ops, and Logistics leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end project management of SAP supply chain initiatives involving S/4HANA , EWM , PP , and MM modules.
2. Partner with business stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics across inventory, production, logistics, and warehouse operations.
3. Own cross-functional project plans, RAID logs, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget tracking.
4. Coordinate delivery with internal functional teams, system integrators, and third-party logistics or MES vendors.
5. Drive integration efforts across SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and external platforms like Salesforce and logistics providers.
6. Maintain tight project documentation, manage change control, and ensure compliance with internal audit/SOX guidelines.
7. Facilitate daily stand-ups, milestone reviews, and executive-level reporting for stakeholders across Operations and IT.
8. Proactively identify blockers, lead resolution strategies, and keep stakeholders informed in real time.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5+ years managing SAP projects in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments .
2. Proven track record delivering SAP EWM and MM/PP implementations or enhancements, ideally in S/4HANA.
3. Deep understanding of plant operations, warehouse flows, production planning, and integration points between SAP and MES.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently with limited PMO support.
5. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira , ServiceNow , and Clarity PPM .
6. Strong stakeholder management skills — able to communicate effectively with Operations Directors, Plant Managers, and technical leads.
7. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies in manufacturing contexts.

Nice to Have:

1. Automotive or discrete manufacturing background
2. Experience with SAP-MES integration , or platforms like SAP MII, SAP ME, or Ignition
3. PMP or equivalent certification
4. Exposure to SOX, GxP, or quality compliance systems
5. Understanding of reverse logistics and outbound fulfillment processes

2) Overview: SAP Project Manager – SAP & Salesforce Integration

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager who has led or been deeply involved in projects integrating SAP with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP functional background (ECC or S/4HANA) and solid experience managing cross-system integration initiatives, particularly with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, with a strong focus on integration with Salesforce platforms.
2. Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and ensure seamless data and process flows between SAP and Salesforce.
3. Develop project plans, manage scope and timelines, and ensure deliverables are met within budget.
4. Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
5. Drive testing, change management, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
6. Act as a liaison between SAP, Salesforce, and third-party vendors to resolve integration challenges.
7. Monitor project risks and issues and proactively mitigate them.

Required Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in SAP project management (ECC or S/4HANA).
2. At least 1 full-cycle project involving integration between SAP and Salesforce.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI, SD, MM, or SCM.
4. Experience working with middleware or integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, or similar).
5. Proven track record managing large, cross-functional projects.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. PMP or other project management certifications preferred.

Nice to Have:

1. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
2. Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or consumer goods industries.
3. Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
