The ideal candidate will have experience with expertise in development, Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization to meet business needs.

What you’ll be doing:

● Administer and configure Salesforce features including but not limited to custom objects,

fields, formulas, validation rules, and Lightning Flows.

● Implement and manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, permission sets,

sharing rules, and groups.

● Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them

into effective Salesforce solutions.

● Design and build insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance

indicators (KPIs).

● Conduct data migrations and data quality efforts to ensure data integrity within

Salesforce.

● Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration,

and help-related materials for users.

● Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce functionality to ensure user

adoption and satisfaction.

● Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
● Occasionally engage in development tasks such as creating and maintaining Apex code,
SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to
support custom solutions and enhance Salesforce functionality.
● Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, helping to translate
business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
● Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to
Salesforce solutions based on the latest trends and technologies.

 

What You’ll Bring:
● Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator, App Builder,
and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certifications are highly desirable.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Preferred) 
● Proven experience in Salesforce Administration with a strong understanding of
Salesforce best practices and functionality.
● Hands-on experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and
Lightning Web Components is a plus.
● Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, data architecture, and data
management.
● Ability to translate business requirements into creative and effective technical solutions.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a
collaborative environment.
● Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
