Are you a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator passionate about optimizing CRM systems and streamlining business operations? Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform for optimal performance and security.
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, automation, and third-party integrations (Ariba, Coupa, Pardot, Fonteva).
Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable , working with accounts payable and payment portals.
Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users across departments.
Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and data cleansing.
Stay updated on Salesforce trends and proactively implement improvements.
2-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience, preferably in a membership-based or service-driven organization .
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred (additional certs are a plus!).
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting .
Familiarity with data migration tools and third-party integrations .
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with accounts receivable or financial operations is a plus.
