COMPENSATION:

$135,000-$150,000*

*Compensation based on experience and expertise.

Full-time, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Customize and Develop: Build and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex classes.
• Integrate Systems: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Support Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices.
• Maintain Security: Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles.
• Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Implementing solutions organization-wide for maximized efficiency and support.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
