We're seeking a talented Salesforce & MuleSoft Developer who is passionate about using their skills to advance meaningful causes on the international stage.

Important Considerations:

• This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days on site in Washington DC and 3 days remote. There is no relocation package. Candidates whose resumes or LinkedIn profiles are not in the area will not be considered.

About the Role

As part of the dedicated team, you'll design and implement solutions that directly support our organization's core mission and values. Your work will enhance the ability to mobilize supporters, manage outreach campaigns, and engage effectively with stakeholders across the political spectrum.

Key Responsibilities

As the Salesforce & MuleSoft Developer, you'll be instrumental in building the technical foundation that supports important advocacy work. You'll design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows while implementing security best practices to protect our sensitive data and constituent information.

Your integration expertise will be crucial as you create and maintain connections between Salesforce and other systems using MuleSoft. This includes designing cross-platform integrations for our outreach tools, monitoring API performance, and ensuring seamless data flow that helps us effectively engage our supporters and track our impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• 3+ years of experience in MuleSoft development or equivalent integration platform
• Experience with highly customized Salesforce environments and Person Accounts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
• Excellent English communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer certifications
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Alignment with our organization's mission and values regarding Middle East policy
