Job Summary

The School Nurse is responsible for providing special education health services, and for developing assessments and reports. The School Nurse will also assist the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team in the development and oversight of health plans for students enrolled in The Classical Academies. The School Nurse will serve as a member of the assessment team and will collaborate and consult with team members. The School Nurse works to identify, maintain, and improve the health and welfare conditions of students in order to maximize the learning capabilities of the individual child. This position will support and uphold the mission and vision of The Classical Academies.
