Scrum Master This role will be working onsite in Houston, TX at the client location. The scrum master will work with two teams using the standard practices defined by the client. These teams are not related to each other so the scrum master will need excellent time management and organizational skills. The job duties will also include: Responsibilities: Facilitating standard ceremonies Facilitating estimation, forecasting, and planning for projects Cross team collaboration with other teams and other scrum masters to manage dependencies Provide coaching and training to the team in agile practices Manage and maintain the team’s story card wall (both digital and physical) Qualifications: Looking for 4-5 years of experience as a scrum master 2-3 years in ecomm environment working on OMS, Retail or Supply chain projects Experience managing Digital/Mobile projects Excellent team building skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr HRB
