Description Overview Our client is seeking a Search Engine Marketer to join their marketing operations team. This role requires someone with hands-on experience managing bidding strategies and campaigns across Google and Bing. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, an ownership mentality, and the ability to maintain and optimize lower-funnel acquisition channels. You'll be responsible for managing paid search campaigns, innovating within bid strategy, and driving measurable performance across key marketing channels. Responsibilities + Develop, maintain, and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads + Manage bid strategy to maximize ROI and influence page ranking performance + Oversee lower-funnel acquisition programs, including direct mail and vertical search platforms that aggregate insurance quotes for users + Collaborate with data scientists and performance marketing teams to analyze performance data and refine strategy + Partner with creative teams to align campaigns with brand and messaging goals + Report on campaign performance, insights, and optimization opportunities to senior marketing operations leadership + Maintain strong working knowledge of keyword optimization, campaign testing, and ad performance analytics Requirements Qualifications + 3-4 years of experience in search engine marketing or performance marketing roles + Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads + Deep understanding of bidding systems, keyword optimization, and campaign analytics + Strong mathematical and statistical fundamentals with an analytical mindset + Experience in marketing operations or similar analytical marketing functions + Excellent communication skills for technical collaboration (no external stakeholder management required) + AEO and GEO experience a plus + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related analytical field preferred Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
