Role: Analyst, Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Hybrid/On-site/Remote: Hybrid (On-site 3 days a week)

Salary: $65k-$72k

Responsibilities:

• Execute, manage, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across major search platforms (e.g., Google, Bing, Yahoo) and potentially within various bid management technologies.
• Implement and refine bidding strategies and manage keyword portfolios to achieve defined performance targets and efficiency goals.
• Contribute to the creation of regular performance reports, identifying key trends, and flagging any data discrepancies for investigation.
• Support the development of testing frameworks, contribute to strategic planning initiatives, and help identify opportunities for campaign growth and improvement.
• Participate in client-facing communications, presenting performance updates and optimization recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) across key platforms.
• Strong quantitative abilities and proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
• A strong desire to learn and stay current with the evolving landscape of Search Engine Marketing.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and a client-focused mindset.
• Open to providing guidance and support to junior team members.
