Job Title: YouTube SEO Specialist

Experience Level: 1–5 years

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST

Location Options:

• Vienna, VA
• Winchester, VA
• Pensacola, FL

Project Overview

You will be optimizing existing videos on Navy Federal’s YouTube channel. The main objectives are to:

• Improve discoverability and rankings
• Increase viewer engagement
• Create a repeatable SEO strategy

Key Responsibilities

• Keyword Research:
• Identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for Navy Federal’s existing YouTube content.
• Content Optimization:
• Revise video titles, descriptions, tags, and in-video content based on SEO best practices.
• Thumbnail Creation:
• Design custom thumbnails that are visually appealing and align with search trends.
• Data Analysis:
• Use YouTube Analytics and other tools to track video performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• SEO Guidelines Development:
• Document and propose ongoing best practices based on optimization insights and performance.
