Our client’s Securities Litigation Group is seeking a dedicated associate to join their team, preferably in the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office, though other locations will be considered. The role involves representing issuers, including Fortune 100 and leading technology and life science companies, in securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, and other civil actions. The position also includes handling internal investigations, regulatory, and white-collar defense matters, such as allegations of accounting fraud, whistleblower claims, and violations of anti-bribery laws. Ideal candidates will have at least four years of relevant experience, superior academic credentials, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
