As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises using a company vehicle as needed. You will also utilize technology such as computers or tablets to document your activities and communicate with your team. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions that may impact the operations of the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment.
• Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred and may be required for driving positions in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
