Job Description

Senior Accountant needed for large scale company located near Pico Rivera, Ca. This is an onsite role paying up to 100k plus bons. DOE.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Responsible for month end close process and reporting.
• Responsible for maintaining general ledger, ensuring all transaction are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
• Reports sales, use and property taxes.
• Assists with audit
• Prepares accurate balance sheet reconciliations o ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• Min of 3-5 years of strong accounting experience.
• Strong US GAAP.
• Distribution, CPG or Retail industry experience needed.
