Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 base + equity options

Key Responsibilities

• Video Content Creation: Conceptualize and produce short-form video content to support product launches, case studies, and customer marketing efforts.
• UX/UI Design: Craft seamless, modern user experiences for web and app products, leveraging tools like Figma to iterate with speed.
• Marketing Design: Develop a consistent visual language across digital marketing assets including landing pages, social media graphics, and digital ads.
• Brand Leadership: Champion design consistency across all creative touchpoints while evolving the brand identity.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work alongside founders, engineers, and marketers to translate company goals into impactful design strategies.
• Design Innovation: Stay at the forefront of design trends and motion design techniques to ensure content remains fresh, bold, and industry-leading.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience in fast-paced, high-performance environments (startup or agency experience strongly preferred).
• Mastery in design tools such as Figma , and motion/video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects , or Final Cut Pro .
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence across UI/UX design , motion graphics , and digital storytelling .
• Deep understanding of modern design principles, including typography , color theory , and design systems .
• High degree of independence and a strong ownership mindset.
• Passion for user-centric design, clean visual storytelling, and pushing boundaries creatively.
