What Youll Do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer , youll work across the stack to develop and scale both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade applications. Youll play a key role in solving challenges like:

• Reducing AI interviewer response latency to under 200ms
• Scaling infrastructure to support 1,000+ simultaneous interviews across geographies
• Designing vector databases to match candidates with highly specific traits
• Building fast, elegant interfaces for recruiters to view interview data
• Integrating with enterprise customers internal hiring systems
• Launching impactful features from idea to deployment

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full stack engineering (senior, staff, or principal level)
• Strong background in building scalable systems and data-driven products
• Experience with modern front-end and back-end technologies
• Bonus: Hackathon or rapid prototyping experience we love builders who move fast
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset
• Frontend: React (TypeScript)
