Team Overview:

Alliance Defending Freedom is looking for a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team in the Lansdowne, VA, office. As a Senior Recruiter, you are a vital part of the Recruiting Team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Recruiting and are responsible for providing full-cycle recruiting for open positions at ADF, partnering with business leaders and consulting them on their hiring needs, and determining the best way forward to attract and close top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Recruiting Drive the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, managing the candidate experience, closing offers, and assisting with onboarding.
• Candidate Management Track candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring they are updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and that communication is timely and consistent.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to assist in gathering job requirements, scheduling interviews, and providing regular updates on candidate progress.
• Interview and Candidate Experience Management Assist with candidate preparation for interviews, ensuring all necessary materials are provided, and offer a positive, informative experience throughout the process.
• Strategic Sourcing and Evaluation Conduct initial candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, and networking. Review applications and conduct preliminary screenings to determine candidate suitability.
• Compensation Negotiation Support in compensation discussions by gathering market data, offer generation, and ensuring internal pay equity.
• Recruiting Process Improvement Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process, such as streamlining interview scheduling or utilizing new sourcing tools to enhance efficiency.
• Brand Expansion and Outreach Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to help build and promote the companys employer brand.
• Data-Driven Decision Making Gather and organize recruitment data, such as time-to-fill or candidate source effectiveness, and share insights with the team to inform future recruiting strategies .

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience in managing candidates at a time through a full-cycle recruiting process
  • Experience in partnering with hiring managers to fill positions
  • Experience in partnering with executives, senior business leaders, and cross-functional team members
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting for legal positions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in executive recruiting
• Experience in staffing agency recruiting

• We believe God creates each person with an immutable biological sex male or female that reflects the image and likeness of God.
• We believe God designed marriage as a unique conjugal relationship joining one man and one woman in a single, exclusive, life-long union, and God intends sexual intimacy only to occur within that relationship.
• We believe God endows all human life with inherent dignity, and it must be respected and protected from conception to natural death.
• We believe that God has endowed all humans with the natural, and inalienable right of religious freedom to believe, pursue truth, and live within ordered liberty such that no civil government may justly infringe upon it.
• We believe that God, through His Son, Jesus Christ, calls all of us to deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow Him, knowing that He promises us abundant and eternal life.
