Seattle or San Francisco or New York Locations --

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Salesforce Consultant with 8+ years of deep hands-on

experience in Salesforce development and configuration. The ideal candidate will possess strong

expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex programming, and Salesforce design

patterns, along with solid experience in Salesforce administration, including user management,

flow automation, and data operations. The

candidate must be based in the US and is expected to be in the office (NY or SF or SEA) at least 2

times a week.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex Classes,

and Trigger.

● Apply and advocate for Salesforce design patterns and best practices to ensure modular,

reusable, and maintainable code.

● Collaborate with engineering teams to build high-quality technical solutions.

● Perform Salesforce Configuration & Administration tasks including:

○ User and Profile Management

○ Flow Builder,Approval Processes

○ Validation Rules and Custom Settings

○ Reports & Dashboards

○ Data Import, Export

● Support ongoing Salesforce enhancements, releases, and patch management.

● Conduct unit testing, participate in code reviews, and support UAT cycles.

● Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and support

materials.

● Show a strong willingness to learn and deliver, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced,

collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

● 8+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform (Salesforce

Sales/Service/Experience Cloud preferred).

● Deep hands-on experience with LWC, Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers),

and SOQL/SOSL.

● Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security model, and multi-tenant

architecture.

● Proven track record in implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions using declarative

and programmatic approaches.

● Experience in Salesforce configuration and administration, including:

○ User and Profile Management

○ Flow Builder,Approval Processes

○ Validation Rules and Custom Settings

○ Reports & Dashboards

○ Data Import, Export

● Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD).

● Salesforce Platform Developer II certification

Nice to Have:

● Experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, external services).

● Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange apps and platform limits.

● Passion for continuous learning and self-driven improvement.

● Salesforce Admin Certification

Typical Interview Process

● Round 1: Hands-on coding and design session with a senior engineer ( 60 Minutes )

● Round 2: Managerial Discussion ( 30 Minutes )
