About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner to the CEO, leading all aspects of corporate communications, branding, external and internal communications, public relations, and patient advocacy efforts. This pivotal role requires the development and execution of a comprehensive communications roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances its position as a global leader in the biotech industry. The SVP will be responsible for shaping the company's narrative, crafting high-impact communication materials, and managing media relations to elevate the company's profile. Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and alignment, particularly during periods of transformation. Applicants for the SVP of Corporate Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 18 years' of experience in leadership roles within corporate communications and public relations, with at least 10 years' in the biotech or pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a proven track record in crafting and executing successful communication strategies.
