Job Description
The Bartender/Server is responsible for providing outstanding food and beverage service to guests in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This dual role involves both preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar, as well as taking and delivering food and drink orders to tables.
Key Responsibilities:
Bartending Duties:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently.
Follow all recipes and portion controls for beverages.
Maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and utensils.
Monitor customer behavior and manage alcohol consumption to ensure safety and compliance with laws.
Handle cash and operate POS system accurately.
Server Duties:
Greet guests promptly and with a friendly attitude.
Present menus, take food and drink orders, and answer questions about offerings.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Process payments and thank guests.
