Comfort Inn/ Seasons Events Center and InnDIGO Blue is looking for experienced servers and bartenders. 2 yeas experience prefered but not required. All servers and bartenders must be RAMP cerified.

Server Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Welcoming guests, directing them to their seats, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Order Taking: Accurately and efficiently taking food and beverage orders from customers.
• Food Service: Delivering food orders to the correct tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Table Management: Clearing tables, setting them for the next guests, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Cash Handling: Accurately processing payments and making change.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Drink Preparation: Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Bar Operations: Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar area, including stocking drinks and cleaning equipment.
• Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers at the bar, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive bar experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and replenishing bar inventory as needed.
• Payment Processing: Handling cash and credit card transactions for bar orders.
• Age Verification: Checking customer IDs to ensure they are of legal drinking age.

Additional Skills and Qualities:

• Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer interactions effectively.
• Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with both customers and staff.
• Time Management Skills: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverages: Familiarity with different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items.
• Sanitation and Safety: Understanding and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

The Comfort Inn Conference Center is a full-service hotel of 154 guest rooms nestled on top of a hill. We have both a restaurant (Inndigo Blue) and banquet facilities (Seasons Event Center) on site. Hosting many types of events - birthday parties, celebrations of life, baby showers, weddings, murder mystery dinners.
