Title: ServiceNow

Location: Hybrid (Houston, TX - Atlanta, GA - Jersey City, NJ - Bay Area CA - Tampa, FL)

Duration: Full Time (12+ months)

Exp Req.: 8+ / 10+ yrs. (Senior level positions)

Required Qualification:

• 8-10 years experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery including MID Server configurations, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns
• Work as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting support, and driving resolution of complex issues.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow Discovery (Agentless & Agent-based).
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applications.
• Experience implementing integration with third-party tools
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIs
• ServiceNow Expertise: CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, CSDM, third-party integration
• Certifications: Certified Application Developer (mandatory), CIS in Discovery (nice to have)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
