Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Hi-Lo Driver

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Schedule: 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday

Pay: $19-20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (hi-lo) to load, unload, and move products, raw materials, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Receive incoming shipments by verifying counts, inspecting materials, and documenting deliveries.
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving logs and inventory records.
• Safely operate material handling equipment in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Inspect and maintain hi-lo equipment, reporting any issues or needed repairs.
• Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift/hi-lo driving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment required.
• Valid hi-lo/forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping/receiving systems a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
