Responsibilities: • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Buyer sales • Set buyer consultations • Execute appointments • Lead follow up • CRM • Sales scripts mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license • Great communication • Sales experience About Company: As the largest real estate franchise in the world, our exponential growth is a result of our commitment to delivering value to our associates.
