Skilled Laborer- Multiple Openings-Dry Cast Department - $24/HR- Two Shifts Available Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Shift Options: - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Skilled Laborer in
Dry Cast openings in Stacy, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, have a strong work ethic, and are looking for a long-term role in a manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule - Hourly Pay: $24.00
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, two shifts available

Key Responsibilities - Clean and maintain equipment and work areas, including mixers, pallets, and other tools.
- Set up cages and prepare forms for production.
- Read blueprints and perform green cuts accurately.
- Assist with transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
- Load and unload materials and supplies.
- Set up forms in the manufacturing process of concrete products.
- Handle and move heavy construction materials safely.
- Shovel pits and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
Qualifications - Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in operating industrial forklifts, overhead cranes, and skid steers.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to work overtime, and ability to take direction well.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Requirements - Push or pull a cart with 80 pounds of force.
- Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
Additional Details - Drug screen required; background check not required.
- Equipment used: Crane, Forklift, Skid Steer.
- No travel involved.
