We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This Contract to Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of innovative applications. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating scalable and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Webforms, C#, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Develop and enhance back-end functionalities with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures and database optimization.
• Utilize the DevExpress Framework to create user-friendly and dynamic UI components.
• Manage database structures and implement advanced logic to support application workflows.
• Work on diverse projects, including accounting systems, energy databases, intranet platforms, and Blazor dashboards.
• Contribute to the migration of legacy applications to modern frameworks like Blazor.
• Ensure code quality by writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code that adheres to industry standards.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to maintain application stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Provide technical support for applications with complex workflows and reporting features.• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Webforms, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including advanced stored procedures and workflow logic.
• Familiarity with the DevExpress Framework for UI/UX development.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and solving complex programming challenges.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of double-entry accounting principles and workflow-based logic is a plus.
• Experience with newer frameworks like Blazor or similar technologies is desirable.
• Prior experience developing accounting-based applications or optimizing reporting dashboards is advantageous.
