Job Title: Door to Door Sales Representative

Location: Houston, Texas

Instead of costly installations and long-term contracts, they allow homeowners to access solar energy with no upfront costs, no long-term commitment, and immediate savings on their electric bill. They are shifting the paradigm in clean energy by making it more accessible, flexible, and financially beneficial from day one.

The Role:

They are hiring a Solar Sales Consultant to join their team. Responsibilities include:

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, securing 2–3 contracts daily
• Enroll qualified homeowners in a no-cost solar subscription
• Educate prospects and guide them through a simple, consultative one-call close
• Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout the sales process
• Depending on experience, high quality leads will be provided

Compensation:

• OTE $10k+/month, $40k annual base included
• 1099 contractor role
• Performance-based environment with uncapped potential

• Eager to break into the solar sales space
• Have proven success in high-ticket remote sales, a bonus
• Experience in one-call closes and consultative selling, a bonus
