With over 2,000 active clients worldwide and $64 million in Series B funding, we are hiring a U.S.-based Solutions Engineer to support onboarding, implementation, and technical solutioning, working from SF or NYC metro areas. Role & Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead for strategic accounts, managing onboarding, solution design, training, and API configurations. Lead pre-sales discovery, demos, and solutioning calls with Account Executives. Architect custom solutions using our data model, no-code workflows, API, and integrations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to inform roadmap and strategy. Qualifications 3+ years SaaS experience in a technical customer-facing role. Fluency in APIs, data architecture, and SaaS integrations. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $112k to $140k; OTE: $160k to $200k with equity.
