Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time opportunity is available for a professional certified in both Health and Special Education to provide specialized instruction to a homebound high school student. This role requires delivering personalized Health education in a one-on-one setting, ensuring the student receives tailored support aligned with their learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Health curriculum designed for high school students to a homebound student in a one-on-one setting
• Implement strategies to acmodate the student's unique educational requirements
• Maintain records of instructional progress and coordinate with relevant school personnel as needed
• Provide services during regular school hours to ply with educational standards
• Uphold confidentiality and create a supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Dual certification in Health and Special Education for high school grades
• Experience working with special education students preferred, especially in one-on-one or homebound settings
• Strong munication skills to effectively engage and motivate students
• Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to individual learning goals
• Professionalism and adherence to educational policies and procedures

Position Details:

• Part-time mitment, approximately 5 hours or less per week
• Contract term from start date through June 30th, 2026
• Services required during standard school hours
• Immediate availability preferred
