Job Description

The Event Staff, On-Call is responsible for making the game or event experience optimal for the student-athletes, families and guest. Position Responsibilities Assist in various guest service and operational areas related to events and game-day-operations for IMG Academy Directly interact professionally with teams, coaches, families, guests, officials, and players during event/games Participate in all set up and breakdown activities for games/events Roles vary but could include:\Stadium Operations: Cleaning Crew, Game Day Give-A-Ways, Ticket Taker, Media Runner, Program Sales, Set up Crew, Photographer Game Day Operations: Official Stat Keeper, Home Team Liaison, Video Assistant, Officials and visiting team liaison Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be 18 years of age or older High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience Excellent guest service skills Positive attitude Professional demeanor Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities Punctual and reliable MS Office experience Preferred Skills Experience or interest in working in events, facilities or sport management Bilingual Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of50lbs. Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time. Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc. Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays is required Background Requirements Requires a background check upon offer Requires a drug check upon offer IMG
