U.S Citizenship Required. Pay Rate: $24/hr. 2nd Shift Hours: 3:30pm-12:00am Monday-Friday We are seeking a skilled, experience Spot Welder to join our team in a maritime manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation including written instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to accurately complete welding tasks. This position involves performing precision spot welding operations on various metal parts and assemblies. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spot welding operations on a wide range of components, parts, and assemblies in accordance with production specifications
• Select appropriate welding electrodes based on job specifications and material types
• Select and adjust machine perimeters
• Properly position and secure materials
• Inspect work to ensure welds are clean, properly fused, and meet quality standards
• Follow detailed written instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to complete assignments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition

• At least 1 year of prior experience as a Spot welder; preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions, technical drawings, and blue prints
• Physically capable of performing tasks that require extended periods of standing, bending, crouching, and lifting
• Knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical assembly processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
