We are looking for an experienced Sr. Full Stack .Net Developer to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this full time Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .Net technologies and a proven track record of delivering robust applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .Net Core, and Razor.

• Create and maintain database solutions using SQL Server and T-SQL.

• Implement front-end functionality using JavaScript and jQuery to deliver user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure technical feasibility.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to project requirements.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes when appropriate.

• Support the team in deploying and maintaining applications in production environments.

• Extensive experience with C# and .Net Core in a detail-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in developing web applications using Razor and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of database technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Familiarity with front-end development tools such as jQuery.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in the Property and Casualty (P& C) insurance industry is a plus.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
