Student Success Coach I
Contract | $25.29/hr | 40 hrs/week | 6 Months
Seeking a motivated and student-centered professional to join our team as a Student Success Coach I. In this role, you'll support students through academic advising and personalized coaching, helping them navigate their educational journey and plan for future success in the workforce or further studies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide one-on-one success coaching and academic advising
-Guide students in setting and achieving academic and career goals
-Maintain a caseload of assigned students and conduct proactive outreach
-Connect students with appropriate campus and community resources
-Track student progress and support retention efforts
What You Bring:
-Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s in Student Affairs or Counseling (preferred)
-2+ years of experience in student affairs, education, or case management
-Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
-High emotional intelligence and a passion for student development
-Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Tech & Tools:
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and student information systems
