Talent Acquisition Specialist
Pay Rate: $30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to meet staffing goals

• Represent the company at national recruitment events

• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent

• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

• Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience (manufacturing industry a plus)

• Energetic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management

• Flexibility with hours and a passion for travel

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
