PanCare of Florida is seeking a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent across a diverse range of clinical and administrative roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture. Position Accountabilities

  • Performs full cycle recruiting to support staffing for all provider, clinical and administrative positions.
  • Regularly partners with hiring managers to anticipate and plan for staffing needs in advance of required start date.
  • Sources candidates through cold calling, search engines, referrals, networking, career fairs, and other avenues.
  • Generates and maintains internal and external job postings; determines effective advertising mediums; places appropriate advertisements.
  • Pre-screens, interviews, assesses and hires top-quality candidates.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentive, start dates and other pertinent information.
  • Makes recommendations regarding recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with colleges, agencies and other sources of high-quality candidates.
  • Represent PanCare at job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding process to include completion of Form I-9 and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist with facilitation of new hire orientation.
  • Follow up with new hires during probationary period.
  • Coordinator and liaison for internships and preceptorships for Administrative, Dental, and Medical tracks.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of EEOC guidelines
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates and maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Reliable and predictable attendance

Experience & Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years experience in Human Resources or equivalent education
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or a related field preferred.
  • Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Experience with recruiting healthcare providers preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
