Description Senior Tax Accountant/Tax Manager About the Role We are seeking a skilled Senior Tax Accountant/Tax Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage year-round client accounting and year-end tax preparation with precision and confidence. Key Responsibilities: + Handle year-round client accounting management and oversee year-end taxes for individuals and businesses. + Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. + Provide expert-level tax research, planning, and technical guidance. + Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet firm-wide goals and deadlines. + Use multiple tax software platforms efficiently for seamless preparation and reporting. Requirements: + Minimum 5+ years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax preparation and advisory services. + Familiarity with multiple tax software platforms. + CPA certification is highly desired (or actively pursuing CPA designation). + In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, research, and planning. + Excellent communication and organizational skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
