Description


The Title Reviewer is responsible for analyzing title searches, identifying and resolving title issues, and preparing clear title summaries for clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of lien priority and assignments, and effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Review title searches and complete title summary to provide to client identifying all title issues and plan for resolution.
  • Update clients daily via email and/or applicable systems such as Black Knight fka LPS, Lenstar,
  • Vendorscape, Black Knight, LenStar, Clarifire, Quandis. Complete or reproject assigned tasks, address all messages and issues.
  • Comply with client directives and Firm policies.
  • Maintain files. Update all applicable case milestones
Position Requirements
  • High School graduate required
  • Some college or certification preferred
  • 2-3 years of stable work experience in title resolution; 5 years preferred
  • Experience with Mobile Home de-titling
  • Professional appearance, energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
  • Organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional stress tolerance, sense of urgency and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain positive internal working relationships with office staff; must be able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; have general understanding of internal/client software: CaseWare, Black Knight, Vendorscape, Lenstar, Quandis
  • Must have extensive knowledge of title and be able to identify title issues from a title search. This includes a thorough understanding of lien priority and assignments.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
