Trader - Cash Management Position and Company Highlights:

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonus potential

Location: 3001 Dallas Parkway, Suite 550, Frisco, TX 75034 in office

Schedule 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 3:15 PM Friday

Purpose of Trader - Cash Management:

This position works alongside the Director of Trading, Institutional Traders, Allocation and On-Boarding Traders, and the Trading Associate. The Trader - Cash Management is the primary contact for Wealth Advisors to coordinate investing and raising cash for cash infusions, distributions and other cash management needs. This role builds trades to invest and allocate new money and assets, as well as to replenish cash in client portfolios with cash flow needs.

Principal Accountabilities of the Trader - Cash Management:

• Runs daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly Orion reports & data queries to review cash flow activity, cash drift, high cash sleeves and opportunities for money market purchases
• Reviews daily cash flow reports and coordinates investing new money and assets, portfolio re-allocation and addressing portfolio cash needs with Wealth Advisors and the Portfolio Strategy team
• Builds and coordinates daily trades to get funds and assets invested, re-allocated, re-balanced and generate cash as needed with all members of the trading team to adhere to best execution guidelines
• First point of contact for accounting issues in Custodial Sleeve
• Strong involvement in ongoing Trading projects

Requirements for Trader - Cash Management:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• 3-5 years relevant experience (required)
• FINRA license – Series 65/66 OR other industry designation (preferred)

Dimensions of Trader - Cash Management:

This position is primarily dedicated to supporting the Trading team, as well as the Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Strategy team, and Research team to ensure a consistent, efficient and thorough client experience. Individuals must be willing to collaborate and always work with the highest level of integrity and transparency. Attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to mutli-task, problem solve and interact with various groups of the firm are key attributes. Proactive, organized individuals with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and accuracy in output and portfolio updates are a must.
