About the Role

The Trader will join the Cross Asset Electronic Trading (XAET) team, focusing on systematic trading across multiple asset classes in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute transactions using electronic trading protocols, ensuring best execution and risk management.
• Develop and enhance understanding of investment philosophies and strategies of Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts.
• Analyze and disseminate market information and trade ideas to identify actionable investment opportunities.
• Maintain expertise in market structure and technology-based solutions.
• Establish relationships with trading counterparties.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Traders, Trading Research and Analytics, and Trading Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in systematic trading using electronic protocols.
• Knowledge of various trading platforms and tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in learning about market structure and industry solutions.
• Project management and strong organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Technical mindset with experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
• Bachelor’s degree required; additional business, financial, or technology degrees are a plus.

Salary Range: USD 65,000 - 150,000
