Job Description

On behalf of my client, I am seeking an experienced Transmission Line Project Manager to lead and coordinate utility-scale power delivery projects in the St. Louis area. This onsite role involves managing the full project lifecycle for transmission line and substation projects, ensuring alignment with utility client expectations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, design, and execution of transmission line and substation projects.
• Serve as the primary liaison between utility clients, engineering teams, and contractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in power delivery or utility infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of transmission line and substation design and construction.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
