Travel and Expense Associate
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid schedule)
Pay Rate: $27-$30 per hour DOE

Leading pharmaceutical company located in Princeton, NJ is in need of a Travel and Expense Associate to join the team!

Duties:

• Audit employee expense reports for all North American entities. Ensure expense reports are in compliance with Company T&E policy.
• Support Business on all T&E matters and respond to all inquiries across the Organization.
• Provide support on expense reporting, travel arrangements, corporate card issuance, and systems such as Concur and American Express.
• Support system maintenance, updates, and ongoing improvement of the expense reporting system (Concur)
• Review and maintain master data within expense reporting system (Concur) ensuring alignment with all HR master records
• Provide administrative support in the distribution of T&E Corporate cards to employees.
• Work closely with Compliance to support Sunshine Act requirements by delivering reports or other ad hoc requests to meet regulatory standards.
• Release expense reports for payment, ensuring compliance with T&E policies and approval workflows.
• Provide continuous feedback to Supervisor on T&E Policy with changing travel needs of Business.
• Support Supervisor with various T&E projects and initiatives
• Support on-boarding process through creation of employee profiles in Concur
• Support Purchasing Card holders with month end reconciliations. Review receipts and ensure completeness of documentation.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Concur a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
