Connected Health Care is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Clarkson, Nebraska.

5. Travel Mileage Reimbursement: Get reimbursed for travel mileage to and from assignments, helping with transportation costs. This is set at $400 currently.
6. 401k Contribution After the First Assignment: Start saving for your future with a 401k contribution program, available after your first assignment.
7. Referral Incentives: Earn bonuses by recommending colleagues, adding an extra incentive for sharing positive experiences.
   1. CNAs - $250
   2. Any other positions - $500 -$1000
8. Paid Time Off (PTO): After your third assignment, enjoy a well-deserved week off, allowing you to recharge and unwind.
   1. Roughly 3 - 13 week assignments = 1 week paid week off!!
   2. If a traveler has 1560 amount of hours you unlock 40 hours of PTO
