• End Date: April 6, 2026\n
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks\n
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
• Schedule: Every other weekend required; no on-call\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1680 - $1800\n
• Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with required floating to Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Units (PCU)\n

\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Michigan RN license (Registered Nurse license in Michigan)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (critical care nursing)\n
• Experience floating to PCU, Medical Surgical, and Telemetry units\n
• Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications\n
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)\n
• Submission of recent work history, skills checklist (within 1 year), and 2 supervisory references\n

\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation\n
• Float between ICU, Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and PCU units as needed (clinical support across units)\n
• Develop and update individualized care plans based on patient assessments\n
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and families\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure continuity of care within healthcare teams\n
• Comply with infection control, medication administration, and hospital policies\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
• Participate in ongoing education, unit meetings, and performance improvement initiatives\n
