Connected Health Care is seeking a travel Phlebotomist for a travel job in Sandusky, Ohio.

Required Skills:

• ASCP Certified
• Minimum of 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience
• Valid phlebotomy certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform accurate specimen collection and patient identification
• Proficiency in data entry and proper documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Meditech EMR systems
• Prior experience in fast-paced clinical environments
• Additional certifications in medical assisting or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of hands-on phlebotomy experience in a healthcare setting
• CPR/BLS certified

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts from 0530-1400 or 0600-1430
• Availability to work every other Saturday for weekend coverage
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, with the capacity to push/pull up to 200 lbs
• Travel-ready, with a positive attitude and excellent professional demeanor
