*What You’ll Be Doing as MedSurg/Tele Registered Nurse:*
* Evaluate and monitor patients' conditions, from symptoms to vital signs.
* Administer prescribed medications and treatments with precision.
* Maintain clear communication with physicians about patient progress or concerns.
* Develop and execute personalised care plans with the healthcare team.
* Document care thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families about health conditions and recovery strategies.
* Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
*What You’ll Need to Succeed as Registered Nurse:*
* Active RN License.
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
* A minimum of 2+ years MedSurg/Telemetry experience.
