As our UX Designer, you will shape the end-to-end experience of our AI-powered products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. You\'ll work closely with engineers, researchers, and users to translate complex AI capabilities into seamless, user-friendly interactions. Your work will define how people engage with the next generation of AI—across web, mobile, and beyond. What do we expect? Experience designing intuitive interfaces for AI-driven or data-heavy products, across both technical and non-technical users Strong visual and interaction design skills, with proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems Creativity in exploring novel interaction patterns and visual solutions, especially in emerging AI UX Ability to conduct and synthesize user research to guide product decisions Experience designing for both technical and non-technical users Comfort working in ambiguity and evolving priorities, with a bias toward iteration and clarity Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams Salary: $100K – $200K + Equity We offer health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and meaningful equity—because we believe top talent should be supported, secure, and fully invested in the future we\'re building together.
