About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Sales Strategy and Revenue Optimization. This executive will be responsible for leading the sales and ticketing team to design and execute brand-forward sales strategies that maximize revenue for live entertainment productions. The role involves driving yield management practices, serving as the primary liaison with ticketing partners, and ensuring a seamless, guest-focused experience. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a data-driven approach to revenue generation, and will also oversee analytics, AI integration, and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies. A strong network of industry relationships, particularly with ticketing partners and agencies, is highly valued. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in live entertainment, with a focus on Broadway and domestic national touring. The role requires a deep understanding of ticketing systems, CRM/SMS marketing, and AI tools as they relate to ticketing and revenue management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining strategic partnerships, excellent leadership and relationship management skills, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities also include overseeing the box office operations, tourism and group sales, and advising international partners on sales and ticketing best practices. The role demands a solution-oriented perspective, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
