Testronic, a global leader in quality assurance for the entertainment industry, is excited to invite a passionate and detail-oriented basketball enthusiast to join our team as a Video Game Tester. This is a fixed-term position for 3 months, offering an opportunity to work on engaging projects in the world of gaming — specifically basketball. The role operates on a night shift schedule, from 11pm - 8am.

We are looking for detail-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to help ensure the quality of an exciting basketball-based video game. Our QA Technicians are instrumental in bringing a polished experience to players around the world.

On this project, you will be responsible for:

• Playtesting unreleased builds of a competitive sports simulation title.
• Identifying bugs, glitches, and gameplay inconsistencies.
• Writing accurate and detailed bug reports.
• Collaborating with a team of testers to meet daily goals and maintain testing quality.
• Continuously developing your understanding of the sports simulation genre and QA best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• Genuine passion for video games and basketball.
• High-level experience and ranking in competitive sports or simulation-based games.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (PC setup, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to stay organized and multitask under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Bonus points if you have:

• A well-rounded knowledge of different video game genres.
• Familiarity with the game development process.
• Experience participating in alpha/beta testing of any game.

IMPORTANT: Candidates must demonstrate a high level of knowledge in basketball — both in real life sports and in the video game context.
