Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Forklift Driver
Location: Edison, NJ
Pay Range: $19–$23/hr
Shift: 1st Shift 6AM-2PM or 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm
Type: Temp to Perm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish , have prior experience operating forklifts, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Stand-Up Forklifts, Propane Fork and Reach Trucks to move products throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Stage and organize product in proper locations
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, cleaning, etc.)

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to get certified)
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Skills:

• OSHA Forklift Certified
